Under 35s take on the Over 35s in end of season celebration

| First impression was that the U35s had invested their Saturday Job money into bribes for the groundsman, as the grass was left nice and long to slow groundstrokes! This mean fewer boundaries and more running for many of the older gentry. | The teams |
The U35s fairly rattled along to a score of 131 in their 12 overs, with good scores from Tim (45) and ??? (40), this despite 2 for 6 from big Phil Burgess and a potential match-winning 3 for 19 at the end of the innings from The Scoot. |
For a good part of their innings, the Veterans looked on course to pull off a good win, especially when Santos was racing along. His departure saw the youngsters take a stranglehold on the final overs and they ran out quite comfortable winners in the end. |
